“Recovery is not a straight line...it’s a collective path.”

At InnerQuest, we understand that at the root of substance use isn’t weakness—it’s woundedness, disconnection, and often, a deep need to feel seen, safe, and connected.

Our Sobriety Groups are designed around this truth:

Connection is the antidote to addiction.

We provide spaces where our students can rebuild trust—with themselves, with others, and with a future they want to be part of.

What Makes InnerQuest Sobriety Groups Different?

We focus on:

  • Co-regulation before confrontation

  • Story-sharing before solutions

  • Restoring connection, not just managing behavior

  • Sustainable sobriety rooted in purpose, not pressure

Here, youth aren’t asked to “fix” themselves—they’re invited to come back to themselves, with support.

All About Belonging

We don't reduce recovery to willpower or behavior management. We help youth ask and explore:

  • What pain has my substance use been helping me manage?

  • What kind of relationships do I need to heal?

  • What does it feel like to belong without having to perform, numb, or escape?

Connection is the foundation—not the reward at the end. And everything we do flows from that.

Healing in Real Time with Real People...

Substance use often starts as a way to cope with pain, numb trauma, or survive disconnection. Our groups invite participants to:

  • Build authentic, safe relationships

  • Talk honestly about their stories

  • Explore life beyond substances—not in isolation, but in community

Because healing doesn't happen in a vacuum—it happens in relationship.
