Restorative Justice

For many of the individuals we work with, the journey toward restoration cannot begin until they've confronted the shame that binds them to a false identity—often one shaped by trauma, survival, and criminalization.

Restorative justice at InnerQuest isn’t just about giving back—it’s about healing the parts of ourselves we’ve buried. Before we restore community, we help our students restore themselves.

Participants co-create dramatic reenactments that explore harm, healing, and reconciliation. Performed for peers or the public, these stories foster empathy and dialogue that spark real change.
