At InnerQuest Collective, we provide trauma-informed wilderness therapy, neurofeedback, and reentry support for youth and adults in Colorado Springs. Our unique approach blends EEG biofeedback, restorative justice practices, nature-based mindfulness (Mindful Miles), and creative healing arts to foster emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term recovery.
We specialize in helping individuals transition from incarceration back into the community through brain-based therapy, CPT testing, and vocational guidance. Whether you’re seeking support for trauma, addiction, attention challenges, or stress management, InnerQuest offers a safe, empowering space to heal and grow.
WHO is InnerQuest?
InnerQuest Collective brings together a diverse team of Colorado Springs’ most passionate clinicians, educators, artists, mentors, and advocates—each united by a shared belief in restorative healing, second chances, and the transformative power of personal growth.
We are a scholarship-based reentry program created specifically for justice-involved youth transitioning out of Colorado’s Division of Youth Services (DYS). What sets us apart is simple but powerful: here, your job is to work on yourself—and you get paid to do it.
Through stipends, performance-based incentives, and job-readiness training, youth in our program are financially supported while they engage in therapy, skill-building, and personal development. Our model is grounded in extensive qualitative research with hundreds of incarcerated youth and adults across both DYS and the Department of Corrections.
This research revealed a core truth: successful reentry begins with internal transformation—supported by consistent mentorship, trauma-informed care, and meaningful, hands-on vocational opportunities.
While we currently serve youth connected to DYS, our long-term vision includes expanded access to restorative pathways for all justice-involved populations.

Core Programming
At the heart of InnerQuest is a trauma-informed, therapeutic framework designed to promote healing, resilience, and long-term transformation. Each component is built to strengthen emotional regulation, foster connection, and support identity development through real-world experience and guided self-work through individual and group contexts.

Wilderness Expeditions
Immersive outdoor experiences are at the heart of InnerQuest, fostering confidence, healing, and self-reliance through nature-based therapy. Rooted in the power of wilderness and experiential learning, our approach blends team-building, personal challenge, and reflective practice to help youth reconnect with themselves, others, and the natural world. These transformative experiences offer a path to emotional growth, resilience, and lasting change.
