At InnerQuest Collective, we provide trauma-informed wilderness therapy, neurofeedback, and reentry support for youth and adults in Colorado Springs. Our unique approach blends EEG biofeedback, restorative justice practices, nature-based mindfulness (Mindful Miles), and creative healing arts to foster emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term recovery.
We specialize in helping individuals transition from incarceration back into the community through brain-based therapy, CPT testing, and vocational guidance. Whether you’re seeking support for trauma, addiction, attention challenges, or stress management, InnerQuest offers a safe, empowering space to heal and grow.

The Phoenix Fund
The Phoenix Fund is the nonprofit branch of InnerQuest, created to expand opportunities for individuals transitioning from incarceration.
InnerQuest operates as a therapeutic and vocational training collective, while the Phoenix Fund focuses specifically on supporting students in continuing their education—whether trade certification, apprenticeships, or degree-driven paths.

Through the Phoenix Fund, scholars combine paid contract work with access to InnerQuest’s vocational, creative, therapeutic, and wilderness programs. Participants earn above minimum wage while working up to 32 hours a week, easing reentry with structure and financial stability while pursuing education.

This nonprofit initiative is designed to foster confidence, accountability, and long-term success, helping participants build a strong foundation, connect with purpose, and rise into a future shaped by growth and opportunity.
